Décor Package: Our Décor service is designed for those who have a vision but need a professional to help execute it. We can handle the essentials, such as tablescapes, backdrops, and signage, to create a beautifully themed and cohesive aesthetic. Whether it's an engagement party, baby shower, birthday, or any special occasion, we can ensure your space is picture-perfect so you can focus on celebrating.
Partial Planning Package: This package is great for clients looking for assistance from start to finish. From vendor & décor recommendations to seamless coordination, we ensure every detail is flawlessly curated. With our expert guidance, you can relax knowing your event is in capable hands. We want you to celebrate, not stress!
Balloon Add-ons: This package is great for clients looking to take their event décor to the next level. Whether you're envisioning a photo backdrop or statement pieces that wow your guests, we can bring your vision to life. This add-on is ideal for any event where you want to make a lasting impression and add a pop of color and charm.

PARTIAL PLANNING
Package Includes:

Vendor Setup Coordination: We’ll greet and coordinate with vendors for setup and placement.

Point of Contact: We’ll handle all questions and concerns from vendors and guests, so you can focus on enjoying your day.

Decor Setup: We’ll set up decor, including guest tables, feature tables (games, cake, guestbook, gift, etc.), signage, and memory tables.

Transition of Decor: If needed, we’ll manage the transition of decor from various event spaces.

Timeline Management: We’ll oversee the timeline and flow of events, keeping everything on track.

Activities Queue: We’ll manage the event timeline, ensuring each activity flows seamlessly and is on schedule.

Distribution of gifts and favors: We’ll distribute any gifts and favors at the proper time.

Final Payments & Gratuity: We’ll distribute final payments and gratuities to your vendors.

Balloon Bouquets $9 per cluster of 3 balloons: Small groupings of helium-filled balloons arranged together to enhance tables, chairs, or any area of the event space
